Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of one night is due ( by cheque or bank transfer) at the time of booking.

$10 cancellation fee is to pay for every cancellation.

There will be a full refund if a cancellation is made not later than two month prior to the arrival date. 

There will be a refund of 50% of the deposit if a cancellation is made not later than one month prior to the arrival date.

There will be no refund if a cancellation is made not later than one week prior to the arrival date.

The full amount for the booked period/nights is due if a cancellation is made one week or less  prior to the arrival date.
